What to expect

From concept right through to delivery, our award-winning customer service process provides you with a relaxed and professional experience. Even post-delivery, we are there to support with any issues or queries dealt with quickly and efficiently. 

Step 1: Constulation

Tell us about your project - over a coffee in our showroom. We’ll talk about time-scales, budget, the stage you’re at, and bring drawings if you have them. We’ll explore some ‘musts’, ‘likes’ and we’ll ask a few questions about how you live.

Step 2: Proposal

We create a proposal for you - with our initial thoughts and suggestions. We will propose some guide pricing for budgets and any other help you need. 

Step 3: The Detail

We get to know the space - if you have existing plans and CAD drawings please share these with us. We can visit the site to get accurate measurements and gather any information we need for the design stage. We’ll start working up ideas and solutions and present these concepts to you. Once we have agreed on the best option we will develop more detail. 

Step 4: Design Process

Our designers go at it - creating detailed plans and elevations, visuals, and begin sourcing the key materials. We’ll also provide a full product / specification list including pricing and we’ll go through everything in our final design meeting, agree and ‘tweaks’ and then we’re ready to go.

Step 5: Ordering

A deposit will be payable at this stage, please speak to your designer for more information. Our installations manager, Andreas will then complete a full technical site check - reviewing and checking things with you. We’ll produce a final drawing pack and help with any details needed for installation. We’ll order everything so that it’s ready for the agreed installation date. 

Step 6: Delivery

We’ll collate everything at our warehouse and schedule and of our specialists, and co-ordinate with you to plan the delivery schedule. We’ll supply a complete parts list, with notes to help the installation team. You’ll pay the final balance two weeks before delivery, barring £500. At this point and we’ll then get everything delivered.

Step 7: Installation Support

Throughout the project, Andreas will be on-hand for any installation queries. If other trades are needed, we can liaise with them, or we can recommend our experienced partners so that everything is ready for the day of installation. Where our specialist installers are involved we’ll coordinate these with you.

Step 8: Installation

Our experienced team will arrive with everything they need on the agreed date to begin the installation. 

Once complete, the site will be left tidy and your kitchen will be cleaned ready for use. We’ll then pay you a visit to make sure everything is as per our agreed design. 

Step 9: The Sherwin Hall Difference

And finally - we’ll go the extra mile. We’ll give you a care pack and show you how to clean and maintain your beautiful new kitchen. We’ll stay in touch to see how it’s going.
